Andrew Douglas is the Director of Ticketing for the Mesa Arts Center within the City of Mesa’s Arts & Culture Department. In this capacity, he leads all ticketing, box office, and patron services operations across the Center’s multiple venues and programming platforms. He also plays an integral role in departmental initiatives supporting the wider Mesa arts ecosystem, including the Arizona Museum of Natural History (AZMNH) and the i.d.e.a. Museum, bringing his expertise in systems, data analytics, and strategic growth to cross-institutional work.

Andrew oversees ticketing operations that support the Mesa Arts Center’s robust programming, which includes more than 500 ticketed performances and over 800 art studio classes per year. His leadership ensures a smooth, customer-centered experience for patrons while advancing innovative approaches to data-driven decision making and digital ticketing systems.

In collaboration with the City of Mesa’s Arts & Culture Department, Andrew provides analytical and operational support for education, museum, and outreach initiatives, helping strengthen connections between the arts and the community. His work emphasizes accessibility, engagement, and the shared belief that the arts play a vital role in enriching the lives of Mesa residents.
